 Tingling in the hands and feet is one of the most common type of sensation. It could be because of pressure on the nerves like in sitting in wrong posture for a very long time. However, it can be serious sometimes. If you observe tingling in the limbs when you wake up keeping your hands behind your neck, then it is perfectly normal. This is because the nerves get pressed due to pressure.

Hence, tingling sensation occurs. However, if you are in perfectly good posture and you still experience tingling in  hands and feet, then it may indicate an underlying medical issue.

These diseases related to kidney, liver, vascular damage, Inflammation of connective tissue or hormonal imbalances. They are some diseases which cause tingling.

Insufficient vitamin in the body:

The nerve function is facilitated by the vitamins E, B1, B6, B12 and niacin. Too much of vitamin B6 can also cause tingling in the limbs

Epsom salt for tingling in the limbs:

Epsom salt contains a good amount of magnesium. It helps in lowering the inflammation of the body and relieves the tingling sensation due to neuropathy. This is one of the home remedies for tingling feet.

Before taking a bath , add 1 cup of Epsom salt to the tub of water. Then immerse yourself into this water in such a way that your limbs are immersed completely. Stay this way for 15-20 mins and then wash yourself as usual.

You can have ACV in the following way:

Take 1 tsp. of ACV and add it to 1 glass of water. You can add honey for sweetness. Have this every morning for maximum benefits in curing tingling in the hands and feet.

You can use a heating pack to relieve yourself from the uneasiness related to tingling. Just place the heating pack on the area affected and let it be. Stand straight with feet slightly wide apart. Then bend down sideways in such a way that your hands touch the toes of the feet. It may not touch in the beginning but as you practice more you will notice increase in flexibility.

However, it is important to stretch the muscles. Practice this pose for 5-10 mins for relief.

Surya namaskar for tingling in hands and feet:

Surya namaskar involves 10 poses. Doing surya namaskar everyday for 15 mins is very effective and is considered as a complete exercise. Moreover, it massages the entire body organs.

It has many poses. If you practice these yoga poses, you will get good effect. They are good for the entire body .

Camel pose:

Camel pose stretches your abdomen and back muscles. It improves blood circulation yo your arms and feet.

Hence, it is very beneficial for tingling the limbs.

You can do the pose in the following way:

Sit in a kneeling position on the floor. Then bend backwards in such a way that your palms rest on the ankles. Be in this position for some time and then return to kneeling position.

Although this pose sounds easy, it requires a little more flexibility. But, don't worry you will be able to do this pose with practice.

Chair pose:

Chair pose is a very easy pose. It stretches your spine and back and puts pressure on your legs and arms.

You can do this pose in the following way:

Stand with your feet slightly apart and squat halfway. In easy words, you just pose as if you are sitting on an imaginary chair. Raise your arms straight up and be in this position for some while. Relax and repeat the chair pose 3 times.

Inversion pose:

You can do this pose in the following way:

First stand on the floor with feet slightly apart. Then bend forward and let your palms rest on the floor . Your back should be straight and knees should be straight. Be in this position for 2 mins  and then gradually come back to the original position.

Do this pose 3-4 times for better relief from tingling in the hands and feet.
