Ayurveda is a form of Indian medicine which focuses on herbal remedies for treatment . In Ayurveda there are mainly 3 dosha based on three elements viz., Vaat(air),Pitta(heat), Kapha(earth). Our body is dominant in one of the dosha and has those characteristics .
