Sugarcane juice:

You should take 1 cup yogurt for completing the daily intake of probiotics.

Amla contains a lot of vitamin C. Make pickle or juice from Amla. Following are some ways to use Amla:

Yoga for inflamed liver:

Yoga helps in treating the liver by massaging the liver and internal organs associated with the liver. If you practice yoga daily, you will notice that the health of liver increases.

Lie down on the floor and take your chest upwards. Also while doing so take your legs up from the knees in such a way that the entire strength of the body lies on the abdominal region. Be in locust pose for a while and then relax.
