Eat a lot of antioxidants:

Take 1 tbsp. of milk and mix it with equal quantities of honey . Take a tissue and dip it in this mixture . Apply the wet tissue on the face in the form of a mask . You can also use a light muslin cloth. Place it on the face and let the mask dry. Wash off after 20 mins.

Gram flour is the best remedy available for making the skin wrinkle free. It has been used in India from ages for skin care . It is the best home made mask for soft skin.

You can use gram flour in the following way :

Just add 3 tbsp. of gram flour to just enough milk to make paste . Apply this paste on the face in the form of a mask. Let it dry and then wash away with lukewarm water.

Aloe Vera for soft skin :

Aloe Vera gel is rich in vitamin E and other glycosides. It cleans your skin and glows it . It is very beneficial to bring back the glow of the skin.

You can use aloe Vera in the following :

Extract gel from the leaves by cutting. Or you can get aloe Vera gel easily in the market . massage the gel thoroughly over your skin and let it rest for 10 mins. Then wash your face and moisturize it with a good moisturizer.

Colloidal oatmeal for soft skin: img

Colloidal oatmeal is prepared by boiling ground oatmeal as it has skin healing property. The colloidal oatmeal has anti-inflammatory and anti oxidant property. It improves dry skin as it fights skin dryness, scaling , roughness and itch intensity. Use colloidal oatmeal in your bath . Choose a variety of colloidal oatmeal powder which has no fragrance and additives. It is safe for all age groups but people allergic to oats should avoid it.

Coconut oil for soft skin: img

coconut oil is very good in saturated fatty acids. It soothes the itching of skin in dry skin. Virgin coconut oil also fights inflammation and heals the skin.

Apply coconut oil directly on the skin and flares. You can use it before or after the bath to ease inflammation and to moisturize.
